These past few weeks have been a little hard but at the same time a little bit exciting. I am normally from the U.S. but have moved my little family to Scotland so that my husband could go to Graduate School over here. It was a big transition, but we were excited to do it.
Anyway, as part of his Graduate program they were sent to London for a month to study on the World Globe and actually do a performance of King Lear while they're there. Its a once in a lifetime experience and I'm so excited for him, but the boys and I were not able to go with him. Its a little different being in a foreign country without your spouse, but we're pushing along.
Sadly, I think it has affected my artwork a little bit and things are not turning out the way that I want them to. I'll keep practising, but I'm hoping that my husbands return will help me get my creative juices flowing again. I hope you can all be patient with me.
As a side note, I wanted to try out the journal skins since its free Premium Membership day. I love it and it just makes me want to get a premium membership that much more. Maybe some day.
